Electronic Payments – payments posted directly to your bank account or mailed directly to you depending on your preference
General Inspections – at your request, an SPMS representative will complete a documented inspection of your rental property, to include pictures
Lease Renewals
– we initiate a conversation with both you and the tenant about yearly
lease renewals – keep your property occupied and on a current lease!
Demand Letters/Eviction Services
– SPMS will send you notice if your tenant does not make payment –
we will also process eviction paperwork to gain possession
Tax Statements – yearly 1099s are issued along with a full reporting of income and expenses
Listings & Sales:
We are a full service Real Estate office! Not only do we specialize in Property Management, we also "Do Sales". As a Georgia Licensed Real Estate Firm, members of the Statesboro Board of Realtors and Georgia MLS, we have the training and tools necessary to assist and represent owners with the listing and selling of their properties. We also work with potential Buyers who are looking to purchase properties for personal use and/or investment.
