Notice to Tenants Regarding Tropical Storm Idalia:
With the weather expected to worsen over tonight and tomorrow, please refer to the following information in case you experience any of the below issues associated with inclement weather:
If your power goes out, please unplug all appliances that do not have a surge protector. Otherwise, when the power returns, the sudden surge of power could cause any electronics to break. If you do experience a power outage, please call your power provider (not our office). After service is restored, if some appliances and/or outlets are not working, please check your breaker & try flipping it off/on to make sure none have tripped.
If you experience a roof leak or fallen tree, please place a maintenance request through our online portal. In an emergency, contact the fire department. While the weather is at its worst, no vendor will be available to remove trees or patch roofs, and after the storm passes, these vendors will be very busy and will be dispatched in the order of severity, so please be patient! If you have a leak, place a bucket or other container underneath the leak to catch any water.
Most importantly, please avoid traveling any more than absolutely necessary and stay safe! Our office may need to close during our normal business hours, but you will still be able to reach us by email and/or phone if needed.

Move-Out Day is Fast Approaching! For those with July 15, 2023 lease expiration dates, please follow the below instructions to ensure a smooth transition and to avoid unncessary charges.
By noon on Saturday, July 15th, 2023 our office will need the following items:
1) All keys for the house: the same number of keys must returned as the amount provided at move-in or a re-keying fee will be charged
2) A forwarding address for each tenant: this is where any security deposit refund check will be sent to, if applicable. You must be able to receive mail at this address.
Please note that water and power must be left on in someone's name through your entire lease term or a $150 fee for disconnecting utilities early will be added to your ledger, per utility.
