PropertyBoss is our online portal where you can submit maintenance requests, pay rent online, and access a copy of your lease.

PropertyBoss is the only way our office accepts maintenance requests. Please do not call unless you are experiencing a maintenance emergency.
When you submit a maintenance request, please note whether a vendor can pick up a key from our office or if you would like them to schedule an appointment with you.
Maintenance requests are dispatched during our normal business hours.

The following are considered maintenance emergencies: water heater issues; active water leaks; roof leaks; HVAC issues.
For fire, please call 911.
Please note that getting locked out of your unit is not considered a maintenance emergency. You will need to call a locksmith.
